Using Maya nParticles with fluid shader. Nparticles were emitted from a Rig which was created using skeleton joints.
It was wrapped around shape of the car to emit nparticles controlled by goal weight.
ThickCloud shader was used for shader. Texture Time was animated using expressions.
Rendered using Mental Ray with 3D motion blur.
