​​METALLIC DANCER

In RealFlow, simulated particles in separated layers from 2 emitters. The first one was placed inside the dancer's body to fill the body shape.The other was placed outside and used Morph Daemon to attract towards the body. Combined 2 layers together in Maya, then shaded and lighted using HDRI background and Smart IBL tool from HDR Labs.



This is my own Test version of the Metallic Liquid dancer for a project called "Skrillex - We Are Music" 54th GRAMMY Awards Commercial,  when I was working in the 3D team at Pixomondo as a background artist in 2012.  The on-air version that their fx team created Metallic Liquid was done using 3Ds Max, Frost and Cinema 4D. On the other hand, my test version here was created using RealFlow, Maya and rendered out using Mental Ray.
