Using Maya nParticles with fluid texture. Nparticles were emitted from a Fluid Rig which was created using skeleton joints. It was wrapped around shape of the car to emit nparticles controlled by goal weight. . ThickCloud shader was used for shader. Texture Time was animated using expressions.
Rendered using Mental Ray with 3D motion blur.
